What areas do you serve?
The whole Greater Toronto Area - Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby and Oshawa - plus Hamilton, Niagara, Waterloo Region, Barrie, Muskoka and Collingwood. We also run city-to-city transfers to Ottawa and Montreal and cross-border trips into New York and Michigan.
How do I book?
Use the booking engine on this site for an instant quote and confirmation, call us, or email. Booking online is fastest: you see the price before you commit and the confirmation arrives immediately.
How far in advance should I book?
Airport transfers are usually fine with 24 hours' notice, and we take same-day bookings whenever a car is free. Weddings, proms and event weekends should be booked months ahead - peak Saturdays in June and September commit first.
Do you monitor flights?
Yes. Give us the flight number at booking and we track the arrival in real time. Delays move the pickup automatically, so you are not charged waiting time the airline caused.
Is the price fixed?
Point-to-point trips are quoted and confirmed before you travel. Extras that depend on the trip itself - tolls, parking, waiting beyond the included allowance, extra stops, overtime - are shown separately and only billed if incurred.
What is the minimum booking for hourly service?
Three hours for sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines and economy vans. Five hours for executive vans, stretch SUV limousines, coach buses and party buses. Travel time between our garage and your pickup may be billed in 30-minute increments.
What is your cancellation policy?
Unless your trip confirmation says otherwise, the cancellation deadline is 30 days before the service date. Some services - proms, holidays and large conventions - are non-refundable once reserved. Your confirmation states the policy that applies to your booking.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats are available on request. Give us each child's age, weight and height at booking so the correct seat is fitted and checked before the car leaves.

Useful sources before you travel
Two things decide most GTA journeys and neither is under our control: the flight and the road. Check your terminal on the official Toronto Pearson or Billy Bishop site rather than a booking confirmation, because the terminal follows the operating airline. For road conditions and closures, 511 Ontario is the provincial source we use ourselves, and Environment Canada is worth two minutes before any winter airport run.
